235/365 Changing My Eating Habits
- Lately, i’ve been feeling really icky, lazy and sluggish and i realized it was because i’ve been eating junk since December
- I hate the feeling. Eating a ton of food and not feeling satisfied or full
- I got cranky and depressed about it, which i realized was of this. Really mababaw. I know. But those who eat healthy and regularly exercise know how i feel. It’s frustrating.
- TIME FOR CHANGE!
- I realized i couldn’t do it cold turkey, it never works.
- So for week 1, no rice and chocolate. Then i add something to the list every week and i’ll start with Plana Forma and add workouts each week.
